HR Generalist

Position Responsibilities

一、Training and development

1. Analyzed and optimized the existing training status of the factory, and improved the company's training system, training management system and related processes

2. Conducted research on training needs according to the company's strategy, formulated annual training plans, implementation measures, and annual training budget and managed them

3. Organized and implemented the training plan, monitored the training process, organized the training assessment, and evaluated the training effect

4. Established and managed the internal trainer team and internal training curriculum system (Including but not limited to new employee training, professional/leadership training programs, etc.)

5. Improve people development system and continuously optimize talent development programs

6. Establish and maintain training files and corresponding management mechanism

二、Employee relationship

1. Responsible for the integration of new employees and the establishment of good communication channels for employees

2. Planned and implemented various employee culture and communication activities, and promoted the company's corporate culture

三、 Others

1. Advance the development and continuous improvement of digitalized HR management processes

2. Track and manage monthly training, performance appraisal and overtime work, and provide relevant human resources data and reports to the superior

3. Assisted in promoting relevant human resources projects and some recruitment work

4. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors


Position Qualification & Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree and above in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent

2. Over 5 years HR experience, At least 3 years of experience independently managing training programs and operations.

3. Good English and office skills

4. Analysis, planning and organizational skills is a must

5. Self-motivator and have strong sense of responsibility、affinity

6. Open mind and fast learning and adapt ability, customer oriented

7. Familiar with local labor laws , open mind and fast learning and adapt ability ,
